ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
- Implement actions for efficient water and energy savings.
- Promote comprehensive waste management through reduction, reuse, and recycling.
- Prioritize the acquisition and use of environmentally friendly products.
- Comply with current Colombian environmental regulations (Law 99 of 1993, Decree 1076 of 2015).
CONSERVATION OF NATURAL AND CULTURAL HERITAGE
- Raise awareness among staff, customers, and suppliers about the importance of conserving the country’s natural and cultural heritage.
- Respect, preserve, and promote cultural traditions and the patrimonial assets of communities.
- Comply with and promote Law 397 of 1997 (General Culture Law) and Law 1185 of 2008 (cultural heritage).
PROTECTION OF WILDLIFE AND COMBAT ILLEGAL TRADE
- Inform and raise awareness about the prohibition of illegal trafficking of wild flora and fauna species, in accordance with Law 1333 of 2009 and Law 1453 of 2011.
- Report to the competent authorities any situation related to the exploitation, illegal trade, or negative impact on flora and fauna.
PREVENTION OF COMMERCIAL SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS (CSEC)
- Adopt preventive measures against CSEC, in accordance with Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009.
- Continuously train staff on identifying, preventing, and reporting possible cases of CSEC.
- Inform customers and suppliers about the company’s commitment to this issue.
SUPPORT FOR LOCAL ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT
- Prioritize the hiring of local tourism services, strengthening the community economy and generating decent employment.
- Promote the marketing of artisanal and gastronomic products unique to each region, respecting fair trade.
CLIMATE CHANGE RESPONSIBILITY
- Measure and reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions resulting from tourism activities.
- Promote actions to offset the carbon footprint through local environmental projects.
RISK MANAGEMENT AND TOURISM SAFETY
- Establish clear protocols for emergency care and risk management in tourist destinations (Decree 2157 of 2017).
- Train staff in first aid and emergency procedures.
SOCIAL INCLUSION AND ACCESSIBILITY
- Adapt tourism services for people with disabilities or reduced mobility, applying universal accessibility criteria (NTC 6047).
- Promote social inclusion in all company processes.
INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY
- Promote the use of innovative and sustainable technologies that minimize environmental impacts.
- Use digital platforms to educate and raise awareness about sustainable tourism.
STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS AND COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION
- Promote partnerships with public, private, and community entities for the sustainable development of tourism.
- Encourage the active participation of local communities in sustainable tourism management.
TRANSPARENCY AND COMMUNICATION OF RESULTS
- Transparently communicate progress in sustainable tourism through periodic reports.
- Maintain open channels to receive feedback, suggestions, and complaints about sustainable practices.
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
- Comply with Colombian regulations applicable to the tourism sector, especially Law 300 of 1996 (General Tourism Law), Law 1558 of 2012, and Resolution 2804 of 2014.

- Provide continuous training to staff on sustainable practices.
- Disseminate this policy to customers, suppliers, and strategic partners to integrate them into the sustainability commitment.
MONITORING AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Provide continuous training to collaborators on sustainable practices.
- Disseminate this policy to clients, suppliers, and strategic partners to integrate them into the sustainability commitment.
- MONITORING AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: AVIAJAR COLOMBIA S.A.S. will conduct periodic evaluations to ensure the effective implementation of this policy and will establish specific objectives, making necessary adjustments to continuously improve its performance in sustainable tourism.
- This policy will be reviewed annually and updated in compliance with current regulations and standards in Colombia.
